 Deferral Account Appeal Decision Announced

The Federal Court of Appeals (FCA) released its decision on the appeal launched y the Consumers Association of Canada (CAC) challenging the decision by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to authorize the Bell Canada and other telephone companies to use funds from their deferral account to provide broadband service to rural and underserved areas.
